We encode our videos in a few sizes so that as many people as possible will be able to view them. We've been shooting lately in HD and that involves an entirely new encoding format and codec. This new format may not be compatible with the current settings on your computer. Don't worry! There is an easy solution (and the videos are beautiful. You won't want to miss them). If you are having problems playing our new mp4 videos, please download the VLC Player. We have found this player to be the compatible with most video formats and it will most likely work for you too.Under "Download VLC", choose your operating system.Choose the option you need and install. You're set. If you need any help, let us know and we'll walk you through it. Just let us know which OS you're using.
If you are trying to view the "high" or "low" quality videos and are having problems, please be sure that you download them first. Your internet connection may not be fast enough to stream these videos from online. (Either click the download link and choose "Save File" or right click on the Download link and choose "Save Link As." Please note, a few of our partners do not allow video downloads. Streaming is the only option for those sites. Click here for more information.
If you are having a problem viewing the HD videos, please try to download the alternative "normal" quality video. Some internet connections or computer setups may not be capable of playing HD videos, so you may simply need to view the smaller version.
